Question 1

What is Logfolio?

Accepted Answer

One public page for everything you read, watch, play, and listen to, plus anything else you keep track of. Your page lives at logfolio.co/yourname.

Question 2

What can I log?

Accepted Answer

Books, films, TV, games, and albums are built in, along with notes. With Pro you also get bookmarks, quotes, photos, and your own types for anything else.

Question 3

Is it free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Free includes all five built-in types with 20 entries each, 20 notes, a public page, and export.

Question 4

Do I need to install anything?

Accepted Answer

No. Logfolio runs in your browser, on your phone or your computer.

Question 5

Which apps can I import from?

Accepted Answer

Goodreads, StoryGraph, Letterboxd, IMDb, Netflix, Discogs, Pocket, Kindle highlights, and a browser bookmarks file. Steam and GitHub connect and sync.

Question 6

What comes over when I import?

Accepted Answer

From Goodreads and StoryGraph: ratings, dates, shelves or tags, and reviews. From Letterboxd: rewatches, tags, and your watchlist too. From IMDb: your ratings, watchlist, and lists.

Question 7

Can I import more than once?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Entries you already have are skipped, so running the same file again won't make duplicates.

Question 8

How much can I import on Free?

Accepted Answer

Imports count toward the 20 entries per type, newest first. With Pro, upload the same file again and the rest come in.

Question 9

How do Steam and GitHub sync work?

Accepted Answer

With Pro, connect them in Import and pick what goes on your page. Steam brings your played games and hours. GitHub brings your public repos and checks for changes once a day.

Question 10

Will my reviews be public?

Accepted Answer

No. Your page shows titles, ratings, dates, and tags. Your reviews stay private.

Question 11

Do entries have covers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Books, albums, films, and shows get their covers when you pick them from search, and older or imported entries are matched in the background. Steam games show their box art. Anything without art gets a clean title tile.

Question 12

Can I choose what shows on my page?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with Pro. Use Arrange on your profile to switch sections off and drag the rest into the order you like.

Question 13

Can I keep some things private?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with Pro. Mark any single entry private, or make your whole profile private.

Question 14

How many photos can I add?

Accepted Answer

Up to 500 images with Pro, shared between Photos and the image fields in your own types. Each upload can be up to 15 MB. Location and other hidden photo data are removed when you upload.

Question 15

What does featured mean?

Accepted Answer

You can feature up to five entries in each type. They're listed first on your page.

Question 16

Can I add a line under a section?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each type has a subtitle you can write on its log page. It shows under that section on your profile.

Question 17

Can I show my log on my own website?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In Settings there's a profile card with a row of covers from each section, and you add it to your site with one line of code. It's free, and Pro can hide the “Powered by Logfolio” line.

Question 18

What does Pro cost?

Accepted Answer

$29.99 a year or $3.99 a month. Or pay once for lifetime Pro: $99 at launch, then $149.

Question 19

What do I get with Pro?

Accepted Answer

Unlimited entries, your own types and templates, bookmarks, quotes, and photos, full imports, Steam and GitHub sync, unlimited notes you can publish, stats and a year in review, section order, a private profile and entries, and no Logfolio line on your profile card.

Question 20

Can I switch from a subscription to lifetime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In Billing, the time left on your subscription comes off the lifetime price, and the subscription ends once lifetime is paid.

Question 21

How do I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Cancel any time in Billing. You won't be charged again, and Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.

Question 22

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Email us within 14 days of a payment and we'll refund it. That covers monthly, yearly, and lifetime.

Question 23

What happens if I stop paying for Pro?

Accepted Answer

Nothing gets deleted. Pro-only things go read-only and leave your page, and they come back as soon as you upgrade again.

Question 24

Can I take my data with me?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on any plan. Download everything from Settings as a ZIP of CSV files.

Question 25

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

In Settings. It removes your account and everything in it straight away, and it can't be undone.

Question 26

Do you show ads or track me?

Accepted Answer

No. There are no ads and no tracking cookies. We use cookies only to keep you signed in. We count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, doesn't try to identify you, and never sees what you log or search for.
