Billing questions
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. You won't be charged again, and Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. Email hello@logfolio.co within 14 days of a payment and we'll refund it.
- How does lifetime work?
- If you're not a subscription person, pay once and keep Pro forever, with no renewals. The price is on the Pro card above, including the launch price while it lasts.
- What happens to my log if I stop paying?
- Nothing gets deleted. Types with more than 20 entries keep them but can't take new ones, and everything comes back when you upgrade again.
- Who handles payments?
- Polar processes every payment and takes care of sales tax and VAT. We never see your card details.
