Why people choose Logfolio
Where Letterboxd is strong
- The film community: more than 29 million members, and reviews worth reading.
- A deep film diary with dates, ratings, reviews, tags and lists.
- Pro and Patron add yearly stats and filters by where a film is streaming.
- Apps for phones and Apple TV, plus its own film rentals (Video Store).
Where Logfolio differs
- Films sit next to your books, TV, games and albums, on one page.
- TV shows are fully supported, each in their own section.
- Your own types for anything else (Pro).
- A quiet log: no feed, no follower counts.
Bringing your Letterboxd history
- On Letterboxd, open Settings, then Data, and choose Export your data.
- Download the ZIP. Don't unzip it.
- In Logfolio, open Settings, then Import, and upload it. Every diary entry comes over, rewatches included, with half-star ratings, tags and your watchlist.
Try it with your own log
Free holds 20 entries in each type. Sign up, pick a username, and your page is live.
Questions
Will my rewatches come over?
Yes. Each diary entry becomes its own entry, so a film you watched three times shows three dates.
Do I lose my reviews?
No. They come over and stay private on Logfolio. Only you can read them there.
Can I use both?
Yes. Logfolio isn't connected to Letterboxd. Export again later and only new entries come in.
