Overview
Letterboxd lets you export all your data as a ZIP file. Upload it to Logfolio as it is and your diary comes over, rewatches and half stars included, along with the films you marked as watched and your watchlist.
Fills your Films.
What comes over
- Every diary entry, with each rewatch as its own entry
- Your ratings, half stars included
- Your tags and reviews (reviews stay private)
- Films marked as watched without a diary entry, without a date
- Your watchlist, as Watchlist
Good to know
- From the ZIP, Logfolio reads diary, reviews, watched, ratings, and watchlist. Likes, lists, and deleted items are left out.
- Each review is matched to its diary entry, so it lands on the right watch.
- A film you rated but never logged keeps its rating, without a date.
- Every film keeps a link back to its Letterboxd page.

Questions
How much does it bring?
Free brings in up to 20 entries per type, newest first. Pro brings everything, and you can upload the same file again after upgrading to get the rest.
Do my Letterboxd lists come over?
No. Lists and likes are in the ZIP but left out; your diary, ratings, reviews, and watchlist come over.
Will a film I watched twice show twice?
Yes, once per diary entry, each with its own date. That's how rewatches show up in your log.
Can I import from both Letterboxd and IMDb?
Yes. A film that's in both files lands once; only a different finish date counts as another read or watch.
