Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Logfolio, run by Naeem Noor. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 to use Logfolio.
- Keep access to your email account safe. Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.
- Usernames are first come, first served. We may take back a username that impersonates someone or infringes a trademark.
Your content
What you log is yours. You give us permission to store it and show it as you've set it: public entries on your profile, private ones to you only. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account. You're responsible for what you post.
Don't
- Post anything illegal, hateful, or harassing, or anything that isn't yours to share.
- Impersonate anyone or use the service to spam.
- Scrape the site, overload it, or try to get into accounts that aren't yours.
We may hide content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Plans and payment
- Free stays free. Pro is billed monthly, yearly, or once for lifetime, at the prices on the pricing page.
- Payments are handled by Polar.
- You can cancel any time. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.
- If Pro ends, nothing is deleted. Custom types, Bookmarks, Quotes, and Photos become read-only and leave your public profile, published notes are hidden, and private entries stay private. Upgrading again brings everything back.
- Refunds are covered in the refund policy.
Other services
Goodreads, Letterboxd, StoryGraph, IMDb, Steam, GitHub, Netflix, Discogs, Spotify, Apple Music, Kindle, and Pocket are trademarks of their owners. Logfolio isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them, or by any other service we import from.
Covers and catalogue data
Book details and covers come from Open Library, album details from MusicBrainz and covers from the Cover Art Archive, film and TV details and posters from Trakt, and game box art from Steam. Covers belong to their owners. If you own something shown here and want it removed, email us and we'll take it down.
Logfolio uses Trakt but is not endorsed or certified by Trakt.
Ending your account
You can delete your account from Settings at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms. Either way, you can download your data from Settings first.
No guarantees
We work to keep Logfolio running and your data safe, but the service is provided as is. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes and law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Bahrain.
